Our approach

How it works.

Understanding creates positive change.

1
Prioritise

Identify priority behavioural concerns.

2
Understand

Identify the main underlying factors.

3
Proactively Plan

Build practical proactive strategies that directly connect to the underlying factors.

4
Lasting change

Implement, review, reflect, update.

We don’t try to change the person. We understand what the behaviour is telling us, and support the change from there.

The Positive Behaviour Support approach.
