PBS Organisation-Wide Assessment & Plan Development
A one-day focused whole-organisation assessment and planning day. Attendees can include representation from Service Management, Policy Formation, Multi-D, Direct Support, and Family/Individuals using your services.
On the day
A short presentation on Positive Behaviour Support, followed by a guided assessment of your current PBS situation, prioritising of PBS goals, and actioning realistic, measurable ways to work towards each of these.
What you receive
A whole-organisation PBS plan document detailing actions, with protocols and templates to support implementation. Reviews can be booked as needed at additional cost.

Two levels of PBS training.
Positive Behaviour Support Training: The Overview
1 full day. Recommended attendee number: 20. For Direct Support and Service Management personnel. Covers the origins, science and legislation relevant to PBS, understanding behaviour as communication, gathering and analysing behavioural data, proactive and responsive strategy building, and post-incident debrief using the RESPONSE model.
Positive Behaviour Support Training: The Foundation
6 full days over approximately 6 months. Recommended attendee number: 10. For invested staff in direct support roles with leadership responsibilities. Participants develop their own Positive Behaviour Support Plan across 6 sequential modules, either for a behaviour of their own choosing or a behavioural concern within the organisation (requiring in-house consent and clinical supervision).
Bespoke PBS training is also available, with implementation support, review and behavioural data analysis built around your organisation’s needs.
